Terms and Conditions

Orders And Payments:

- We accept various payment methods, including, credit/debit card, paypal or apple-pay.

- International payments, outside of the UK, we accept any debit/credit card or PayPal

- International payment must be in GBP, this can be paid by any debit/credit card, you will be charged a small fee of 0-1% as it is classed as an international charge.


Shipping And Delivery:

 We aim to process and ship your order within 1 working day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location.

- International delivery, outside of the UK, may take between 3-7 business days.

- UK shipping may take between 2-4 business days.

- UK premium may take 1-2 business days.


Returns & Refunds:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. 

- If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us via email within 24 hours of your purchase.

- If you wish to exchange an order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, the items must be in their original condition.

- Refunds are ONLY given to items that have been lost or damaged in transit.

Custom Charges: 

- Custom Charges within your country MAY be applied, unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of this.
- Import charges are completely up to the import department within your country, if you have any enquiries about the custom charges, please contact the custom department within your country.
- Most of the time custom do not charge the recipient for importation, however we cannot guarantee that they would not charge you, as the laws of importation are always changing. 

Return and Refund Policy

At Elovisa Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied we are here to help at elovisajewels@gmail.com .


Exchanges:

- If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at elovisajewels@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange.

- We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange your item.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.


Process Of Refund:

Refunds are only given to items that have been lost in transit or damaged.

- If you wish to receive a refund for your purchase, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.

- If your item has been lost in transit, email us at elovisajewels@gmail.com with your order number and we can try and locate your item. If the item can’t be located you will receive a full refund.

- If your item is damaged contact us via elovisajewels@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Elovisa Jewels is not reliable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.
